Lisa Wright Recruitment are recruiting an HR Manager to join a highly respectable, well established organisation in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. Working in a fast paced, changeable service environment, you will provide a hands-on, proactive HR service to the business. Supporting managers and employees to be the best they can.
HR Manager duties will include:
* Ensuring that HR Strategy is aligned with overall Business objectives
* Providing HR generalist advice and manage complex ER cases
* Lead Wellbeing and Employee Engagement strategies
* Design and implement L&D solutions
* Monitor and review HR policies and procedures
* Taking lead on recruitment and onboarding
* Management of the HR team
To be considered for the HR Manager role you will need the following skills/experience:
* Experience of working within an HR function at Manager level
* CIPD Level 7 qualification
* Strong organisational and change management skills
* Solid knowledge of employment legislation and its application
* Self-motivated and proactive team player
* Data manipulation and analysis skills
* The ability to work under pressure with resilience to deal with working in a fast paced environment
* The ability to build strong internal and external business relationships
