Due to continued expansion, Halcyon are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join us who shares our passion for making a difference in the shipping, marine and energy sectors, through the provision of recruitment consultancy services of the highest calibre.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our highly experienced Southampton team. We are looking for a lateral thinker with outstanding inter-personal, communication and analytical skills. You will excel in developing and maintaining relationships and pride yourself on your ability to connect and network with individuals through all levels of business across the globe and to ultimately help candidates make informed career choices.

Suitable candidates will have previous experience in a resourcing capacity or alternatively hold an excellent transferable skill set which should comprise of the following:
* Personable and engaging communicator both over the phone and be able to create well written candidate documentation.
* Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities, a strong multitasker.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* A proactive and determined individual with strong desire to exceed all aspects of expectation with the willingness to go the extra mile
* Effective organisation and time management.
* Knowledge of the maritime sector is advantageous but certainly not essential.
