Anderson Knight is looking to recruit a Helpdesk Administrator for our client based in Glasgow. You will be dealing with a wide range of customers and dealing with emergency demands.
You will be responsible for getting attendance to jobs as soon as possible.
This role is initially a 6 month contract but for the right candidate other opportunities will present themselves.
This role is working 15 hours which will cover evenings/ weekends, for more info contact me.
This is a perfect role if you are looking for a pert time role that will fir around kids, studying or other daily commitments.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* You will be responsible for allocating all emergency jobs out to engineers as quickly as possible
* You will need to support any customer specific requests/Tasks
* Provide excellent customer service
* You will have to log all inbound calls
* You will be responsible for liaising with contractors on daily basis ensuring they attend jobs
* Provide guidance to our customers and contractors
Skills & Experience:
* You must have strong communication skills
* You will have strong customer service skills
* You will have experience of working within a team and on your own initiative
* Able to develop strong working relationships with colleagues and customers
* Strong IT skills
* Competent used on Excel
* Experience working within a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work under pressure whilst carrying out multiple tasks
