Recruitment Manager needed to join a leading manufacturer of bespoke machinery and equipment for the Nuclear / Nuclear Defence industry in the Winchester area.
Role
Work with external agencies and hiring managers to manage the talent acquisition of the company
Build effective relationships in order to address the ongoing resourcing needs
Provide market knowledge, skills gap analysis and competitor information
Develop innovative sourcing strategies - headhunting, social media, job boards, referrals and external agencies
Provide a successful on boarding process for both hiring managers and candidates
Requirements
5 years experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
Experience within engineering industry (preferably highly regulated)
Strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills - able to engage with people at all levels
Highly motivated and effective at working under pressure with the ability to delegate
Strong commercial acumen
Confident use of Microsoft Office 365
Package
Competitive Salary - GBP35-48k DOE
37 hours a week Mon-Fri 08:30-17:30 and Fri (08:30-16:30)
Private health care with WPA (high level of cover)
Pension 6% company contribution
25 days holiday + bank holidays
Death in service 4x annual salary
