We have an opportunity in our Head office in London for an HR Manager.

Role

The HR Manager will have full responsibility for the human resources activity for Prospero incl.
Implementing HR strategy within the organisation working alongside management and the leadership team;
Enforce best practice;
Working closely with the leadership team and line management providing expert advice on HR matters;
Develop effective HR procedures and policies to reflect business aims and focus;
Advise on compliance and risk management strategies;
Work within and apply key business drivers to people management issues;
Ensure that managers and staff are fully aware of HR policies;
Manage high performance HR administration and advisory services to the whole business;
Introduce and drive change management initiatives;
Oversee investigations and complex employee relations issues including redundancy and grievance;
Keep all employees informed of key organisational issues;
Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence and redundancy.Profile

You will need to have experience of managing and delivering HR services. Previous experience of project and people management skills, as well as a basic knowledge of employment law and ability to interpret and apply it is a must. This is a fast-paced and challenging role, which will require high levels of initiative, pro-activeness and strong multi-tasking skills. With an ability to lead, ensuring effective communication between various stakeholders, you will be a creative, flexible, solution-focused HR professional. CIPD qualification is essential
