About the role

Reporting directly to the Studio Manager, the Studio Designer will have a variety of departmental essential responsibilities. You will work closely with the Creative Studio team to provide support on a variety of artwork, launch collateral across print and presentation design platforms.

The Studio Designer is design and production savvy, have proficient knowledge of PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and elite design practices. Strong administrative skills are necessary for success: a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and various Project Management programs.

What you'll do

* Accurately create charts and graphs from data in PowerPoint

* Build presentation-ready layouts in PowerPoint

* Assist in type corrections and file preparation daily

* Be able to follow templated guidelines and adhere to strict client file standards

* Maintain an organized, systematic job filing system across accounts

* Check artwork and layout for completeness and adherence to agency standards

* Keep supervisor advised of status and changes to projects

* Build print-ready final mechanical files for a wide variety of tactics

* Assist with various production related jobs as needed

* Organize and prioritize workload to meet several deadlines at the same time

* Coordinate the day-to-day organization of multiple projects within the Creative Studio team

* Stay hyper focused and organized in a fast paced, high-traffic, creative working surrounding

* Demonstrate and positive problem-solving skills

About you

* 1 to 3 years' experience

* Proficient Adobe Creative Studio experience

* Advanced PowerPoint experience

* Experience within an ad agency and/or internal creative department

* Strong Portfolio demonstrating production skills

* Quickly and easily adapts to changing mandates and priorities
