Senior HR Advisor - Chorley

12 month fixed term contract - potential to go permanent

GBP25,000 - GBP32,000 dependant on experience

Flexi-working (3 days office, 2 days at home)

We are excited to be exclusively supporting this fantastic award-winning business with their requirement for a Senior HR Advisor.

This is a full-time 12 month fixed term contract initially covering maternity, however there is a potential for the role to go permanent.

Salary is up to GBP32,000 (dependant on experience) and the organisation offers flexi-working where you will be able to work from home 2 days a week and in the Chorley office 3 days a week.

Our client is looking for an experienced HR Generalist with a focus on employee engagement to come in and make this role their own. There will be lots of autonomy for a strategic HR professional to be apart of this company's continual success. You will be supporting by a shared administrator.

Duties:

HR management, disciplinary and grievance matters
Coaching and developing managers
Driving employee engagement initiatives
Administering the employee benefit and incentive schemes
Reviewing, updating and managing adherence of HR policies and processes
Managing the day to day maintenance of the HR system, producing reports with analysis for senior management
Assisting Line Managers with effective recruitment and onboarding
Working with Management and Training teams on induction effectiveness and job profiles
Co-ordinating and supporting internal Employee Representatives to increase company-wide engagement, feedback and interaction
Preparing and calculating information for the outsourced payroll provider and assisting employees and line managers with payroll queries, including holiday entitlements
Delivering training to Line Managers on case management and new policies
Any other reasonable requested task within skill set

Requirements:

CIPD qualified
Experience in a generalist HR Advisory role
Adaptable to change
Strong facilitator
Experience in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment
Strong employee engagement experience
