Onsite Account Manager

Due to continued growth Paragon Meed Recruitment are expanding. We are seeking an Onsite Account Manager to join our team and manage a customers recruitment needs in Middleton.

Ideally you will have a background in Recruitment, either branch based as an Industrial recruiter or with On Site experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing, progressive, supportive team.
THE ROLE:
* Writing and posting adverts to various job sites
* Resource and recruitment of temporary workers to work in a production/warehouse environment
* Shift check ins and reporting
* Induction and training of temporary workers
* Weekly payroll administration
* Recording of overtime/ shifts / holidays
* Following up clocking issues and unauthorised absences
* Daily performance & non-conformance administration
* Liaising with workers and managers on the shop floor resolving issues
* Co-ordinating support from colleagues
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
* 2 years' experience within a similar position
* Must be smart and presentable
* Accurate within data entry
* Strong administration skills are essential
* The ability to multi-task, and able to prioritise
* You must have exceptional time management skills
* Excellent communication/customer service skills
* Must have a UK Driving license and own transport (expenses paid)

Salary: GBP25,000.00-GBP27,000.00 per year
