Circa GBP30K-GBP35K DOE
Hours: 09:00 - 17:00
Monday-Friday
22 days holiday days plus banks
Service awards
The Role:
Air and Sea Freight start to finish. Support the Manager with supervising a team of operators.
To deliver outstanding customer service while working on the import needs of the customer. This involves great customer service skills over the phone and via email and lots of IT based tasks such as invoicing and data entry.
Requirements:
* Air and Sea freight knowledge with a Freight forwarder
* Import or Export
* Customers Service
* IT Literacy
* Accuracy
