Rhenus Warehousing Solutions Lutterworth are looking for Warehouse Operatives who are available to start work immediately. We are a fast growing business, recruiting, developing and retaining the best talent, so that collectively, as a team we achieve our corporate vision, goals and objectives. We currently operate out of four sites at Magna Park.
Job Type- Permanent contract, Monday to Friday, 14:00-22:00, 40 hours per week.
Upon successful completion of probation period of 4 weeks, your pay rate will increase from GBP9.55 to GBP9.77 per hour.
Monday to Friday- GBP9.55 per hour (rising to GBP9.77)
Main Responsibilities:
Carrying out picks according to customer requirements or following a plan set by the Warehouse Operations Manager and working within agreed timescales.
Tipping trailers with incoming goods from customers, this will require some form of manual handling (training will be provided if required to operate machinery).
Scanning, packing and labelling of products to be loaded onto trailer to go out to customers.
Ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard completed in timely manner to able next stage to be carried out.
Ensuring all Health & Safety standards are followed and adhered to.
Undertaking other responsible tasks that may be required from time to time as directed by the needs of the business and/or your Line Manager
The role requires:
Basic level of English and Maths, both written and spoken with good communication skills.
Previous Experience working within a Warehouse environment would be advantageous
