Warehouse Administrator - Early and Late Shift

Role Profile
Cast UK are supporting our client, who is a leading logistics business, in their recruitment process for a Warehouse administrator, based in Kettering. Reporting to the Operations Service manager you will undertake all administrative duties in accordance with company targets and customer requirements. I am recruiting for two opportunities, one on early shift and one on late shift Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare packing lists and paperwork for pre-advised deliveries
Generate relevant paperwork for checking off deliveries for the warehouse
Receipt inbound deliveries when put away by the warehouse operatives into the system and make available for customer orders.
Deal with booking in issues including pack sizes, case quantities, marking off by warehouse operatives.
Raise notifications to suppliers on delivery discrepancies
General administrative duties - filing, photocopying, laminating, labelling, checking paper levels and requesting stationary as required
Investigate account queries and resolve where possible escalating issues to senior staff if required
Chase uplifts of stock by suppliers
Chase delivery notes where requiredSkills & Experience Required
Previous warehouse administration experience desirable
Order Picker licence desirable
IT Literate (MS Office), SAGE working knowledge (desirable), numerate, administrative skills
Monitors and manages own time to ensure daily objectives are met
