I am currently recruiting for my market leading, highly prestigious global cosmetics client based in London. They are on the look out for an experienced Senior Digital Engagement & Communications Manager to join their busy and dynamic team.
The role offers an opportunity to be a part of a busy, energetic, and fast-growing environment! Whilst working in a role that offers autonomy and the opportunity to use your entrepreneurial flare!
Duties and Responsibilities of the Senior Digital Engagement & Communications Manager include:
Over 7 years solid communications experience that includes corporate/crisis communications experience
Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to write for a variety of audiences and needs - form the most creative to the most sensitive
A strategic thinker that understands both communications goals as well as commercial
Strong analytically skills with the ability to analyses data and take forward opportunities
Results-driven, understanding the importance to demonstrate return on investment
Strong stakeholder management both internal and external at senior levels
Natural leader: despite the role not requiring the candidate to lead a team, as part of the central team it will involve leading forward projects and will therefore need the skills to bring all stakeholders on the journey
Beauty media contacts not essential, but the candidate must clearly demonstrate experience in working directly with media and influencers during their career
TV and broadcast experience an advantage
Budget managementWhat will the Senior Digital Engagement & Communications Manager get in return?
A contracted role, starting as soon as possible
Earning GBP45,000k annual on a PAYE basis
33 days paid annual leave

Reporting and analytical skills to inform strategy
Creative and dynamic
Natural leader - they won't need to lead a team, but they will need to guide and direct wider teams
