Business Process Analyst (FULL-TIME)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Triton Showers based in Nuneaton, as a Business Process Analyst.
As the UK's market and brand leader in showers, Triton is looking for an enthusiastic, positive and adaptable individual to join our team.
Candidates must have experience in identifying and implementing process change in a fast-paced manufacturing / sub assembly and warehousing / despatch environment. You will also have experience of implementation of ERP systems in the same environment.
This role requires working under your own initiative combined with working towards business goals and objectives as part of cross functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluation of workflows and identification and delivery of improvement opportunities
* Documentation of as-is and to-be processes
* Supporting the implementation of system upgrades and replacements
The successful candidate will:
* Understand the full business processes from goods-in to stock despatch
* Have deep knowledge of ERP / MRP systems as used in a fast-paced Manufacturing / Warehousing SME environment with long lead time supply chains
* Be able to demonstrate previous experience of implementing beneficial process change using Lean and Continuous Improvement techniques
* Have experience of ERP / MRP implementations, ideally Baan ERP and Infor Cloudsuite
* Be able to organise and prioritise complex workloads
* Possess the ability to communicate at all levels of the business
* Work well on their own and as part of cross-functional teams
* Be educated to degree, or equivalent, level
* Have good experience of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and analytical tools
Your hours of work will be 35?? per week between 9.00 am - 5.00 pm from Monday to Thursday and 9.00 am - 4.00pm on Friday. The role is based at our Head Offices in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, therefore the successful candidate will need to live within a commutable distance from this.
