Your new role
You will be responsible for a team of c.10-15 commercially minded customer executives, who own and manage all pre-sales quotations and pricing for customer bids. Your role will involve the recruitment of new employees, setting objectives, organizing work and measuring team performance as well as attending customer service reviews and driving personal development for the team.
Overall, you'll be accountable for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you'll ideally have 2 years + people management experience in a dynamic B2B sales or customer service environment. You will need to be independent, solution-oriented with good self-organisation and have the ability to build a forward thinking and collaborative sales-driven team.
A strong communicator at all levels, you will be relationship focused and able to deal with ambiguity and solve problems at all levels.
