Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Montrose
GBP17.50 Per hour (UMBRELLA)
2 Months +
A leading provider of IT services and solutions is currently looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join their expanding team at their prestigious offices in Montrose.
Role Summary: Must have experience on working on large scale deployments. Good Windows 10 & MS Office Applications experience plus User data Transfer. Onsite support from Existing Team members & Training Provided. They need to be able to refresh existing users' machines with new prebuilt machines including transfer of data. Initial trouble shooting after refresh if needed. Previous experience of large rollouts. knowledge of Windows 10 & MS Office Applications. Technologies / applications involved- Windows 10- Office 365 some bespoke apps but Training and support will be provided.
With highly developed interpersonal skills, you'll have the ability to engage with customers and ensure that you provide a consistently positive customer experience. In addition, you'll have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and will be an enthusiastic and supportive colleague in an often-pressurised environment.
