Job role: Retail Website and Marketing Manager
Location: Newton Abbot
Contract: Maternity cover
Salary: GBP26,000 - GBP28,000
We are seeking a website and marketing manager to join one of our clients on a fixed term contract position. This role can be offered as a part time 32hr role as well as a full time 40hr position.
This is a dual role which spans across the marketing and ecommerce sites, so if you are looking for a busy and varied role this is the position for you.
Job Duties include:
Loading new products on the ecommerce site, to include copy and the finer detail of product specifications.
Liaising with web and PPC providers to manage site improvements, developments, and fix issues
Planning sales campaigns
Working closely with the warehouse to ensure stock is maintained satisfactorily whilst streamlining processes where possible. Stocktake responsibilities
Ordering from external suppliers for some lines to add to the collectors' marbles offering and developing new lines for online exclusives.
Image/photo management - arranging professional photography of individual products.
Reports/analysis as required including implementation of any changes required
Working with the USA office to provide online goods and support
Proactively researching new developments and maintaining awareness of current online sales trends
Managing social media accounts and online accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google) including:
Scheduling and creating posts.
Advertising, promotion and tagging of products
Maintenance of follows, likes, reviews and interactions
Managing retail marketing budgets, to review and book all advertising, working within a budget. To include producing the site marketing leaflet.
Supporting retail site initiatives, including events, offers and unique opportunities to promote select areas
