Our client is looking for a highly organised and meticulous Compliance Administrator to manage the flow of all information for all aspects of compliance including gas and electrical safety, water management, asbestos, lifts, fire safety, and all other areas of mechanical and electrical services.

The role of Compliance Administrator is offered initially as a 3-6month contract with the possibility of extension.

As Compliance Administrator your responsibilities will be:

* To coordinate all data in relation to Compliance contracts to ensure that accurate robust compliance records are maintained

* To support all contracts effectively to ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with relevant legal and regulatory standards, contract specifications, quality and performance standards

* To provide support for all areas of compliance, including gas and electrical safety, water management, asbestos, lifts, fire safety and all other areas of mechanical and electrical services

* To be the main contact for all compliance enquiries and ensure that issues raised are recorded, monitored and closed/followed up.

* To issue work orders, authorise works and variations, within the authorisation levels assigned to this role

* To process all invoices and payments for all Compliance services received within this team and when required for the wider team.

* Manage team support with regards to the facilitation of meetings, including booking, arranging rooms and equipment, taking minutes and recording actions

* Ensure that all services managed within the team are given effective and efficient support to meet the service needs.

* To Keep up to date (self) with legislation, regulatory requirements and best practice in relation to all aspects of compliance.

* To ensure accurate Compliance management information is produced and produce reports as necessary

* To develop and maintain Compliance process maps

This is initially a work-from-home role, Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.

A phased return to the office in Littlehampton will be implemented in the coming months.
