Network Designer (Fibre)
Anderson Knight are looking for a design engineer to work with a utilities based client of ours in the roll out of fibre to new and existing homes. You must have design experience and knowledge of telecoms/ fibre works.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide technical assistance in drawing production work
* Fibre optic design
* topology layouts
* Cable ducting and routing
* You must also be able to assist in the implementation of the design to avoid any complications
Experience required:
* CAD Experience
* Underdtand FTTP and design for MDU an SDU
* Understand civils route planning
* Understand fibre planning in all aspects
* Understand UK regulations in regards to Civils works
* Site surveying experience
* NRSWA
* Understanding of wayleave
* Ability to cream BOM's
Additional information:
* 25 days holiday plus 8 stats
* Close to Carlisle, if not can work from home
* 7% pension
