The role of Care Assistant:
Delivering person centred care
Providing personal care and support
Support residents to remain as independent as possible
Ability to work in a team in order to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the care home
Requirements for Care Assistant:
Previous care experience is desirable, but applicants with no experience will be provided with extensive training and support
You must have a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of the residents
Flexible in the hours you work and be able to work alternate weekends
You must be caring, kind, polite and have the right attitude and aptitude
