Opportunity is around the corner as Pertemps are working in partnership with a market leading manufacturing company based in GAINSBOROUGH, recruiting for Assembly Operative to join their team.
As an Assembly Operative you will be involved in the build and assembly of the product. You will use different tools and work to specifications.
You will be working Monday to Thursday from 08:00 - 17:00 and Friday from 08:00 - 12:30
You will be paid GBP9.00ph, overtime is paid after 37.5 hours at a rate of GBP13.50ph during the week and GBP15.75ph on a Saturday.
Responsibilities of an Assembly Operative:
Assemble products to build the full product.
Checking the product before dispatch.
Attention to detail.
Good housekeeping, following procedure in order to keep areas clean and tidy.
Requirements for an Assembly Operative:
Background in Manufacturing or Production is desired, although full training will be given
Should have a positive attitude towards Safety and Quality
Possess good numeracy and literacy skills
This is a temporary role with the potential to go permanent.
This role would possibly suit an individual working in the Warehouse or Manufacturing Industry as an Operative, Assembly Operative, Technical Operative, Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, General Operative, Assembler or similar
This role is ideal for candidates residing in Lincoln, Brigg, Tuxford, Retford, Gainsborough, Worksop, Doncaster, Scunthorpe, Hemswell, Ollerton, Market Rasen and surrounding areas.
