Location: Anywhere in Northwest (remote working with fortnightly travel to site)
Project or Senior Quantity Surveyor
The Project or Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for all commercial aspects of a project from start to completion. All commercial requirements including;
Valuations
Final accounts
Variations and change management
Cashflow forecasting
Value engineering
Cost value reconciliations
Subcontract procurement
Subcontract commercial management
General Commercial support to the site team
The Candidate
We are looking for a candidate with the following experience and qualifications;
Degree in Quantity Surveying
Full UK driving licence
Extensive experience within Construction Industry, specifically a main contractor
A sound knowledge of various standard forms of contracts
Professional, ambitious, independent
Tier 1 Working on Major high rise Multi-Storey accommodation.
