Impact Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced manager on behalf of one of our clients based in Northampton. The role would be suited to a person with experience in a manufacturing or production environment from mechanical or assembly backgrounds. The Production Manager will be reporting to the Plant Operations Manager and overseeing the Leaders and operatives to efficiently run the shift.
In this role you will have multiple production leaders reporting directly to yourself with around 40 operatives to look after between you. These operatives will primarily be production workers in an assembly based role.
Role: Production Manager
Shift: Monday to Thursday working 10 hours across a day shift
Salary: Between GBP32,000 and GBP36,000 based on experience
Location: Northampton
Required experience:
Management and leadership qualities/experience
Use to a manufacturing or production environment
Ready to get stuck in
Prepared to work a 10 hour day
People management
Use of computers and IT
