Job Title - HR Administrator
Location - Crewe CW1 6FB
Salary - GBP11.7949 per hour (GBP23k)
Duration - Temporary Ongoing / Full Time
Sector - Logistics / Warehousing
The role is 37.5 hours per week either 8:00-16:00 or 8:30 - 16:30 Monday to Friday (30 mins unpaid lunch) some flexibility will be required around start / finish times and there may be a requirement for later starts / finishes

So, what do we expect from you? As a HR Administrator your duties will include:
* Support with recruitment including posting job adverts, screening CV's
* Setting up new starters including checking Right to Work documents, setting employees up on HR system (SuccessFactors), preparing contracts and offer letters
* Scanning and filing to e-files
* Preparing letters
* Note taking
* Updating employee information on HR system
* Running absence reports
* Logging pay queries
* Supporting employees with queries such as pay and HR policy
If you can demonstrate the following, then we would love to hear from you!
* CIPD Level 3+ or working towards (desirable)
* Previous experience working within HR department
* HR systems knowledge (SuccessFactors)
* Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
