Recently finished your criminology degree and looking to join a huge charity with amazing career options? The reason for this role, is the current person was recently promoted to a team leader (there is lots of progression at this charity).
Each day you will hold one to one coaching and mentoring sessions with ex-offenders to help them achieve their goals. With the aim being to progress them towards employment, training or education.
Ideally you will have some experience of working with vulnerable clients in some capacity, either paid or voluntary. This organisation provides lots of training and support and are a great place to work (best company awards / investors in people).
