M&E Quantity Surveyor

A large M&E Contractor based in Warwickshire is now seeking an M&E Quantity Surveyor due to increase in work load

Working across various projects sectors, my client have two new Hotels, Student Accommodation and two new Industrial units about to start June / July

As the M&E Quantity Surveyor you will be both office and site based, duties will include ;

Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the client
Undertake cost analysis for all project work
Perform risk, value management, and cost control
Advise on a procurement strategy
Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks
Prepare and analyse costings for tenders
Allocate work to subcontractors
Provide advice on contractual claims
Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports
Value completed work and arrange payments
