On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for a Production Setter to join their team on a permanent basis.
About the role:
Set the line to ensure products are made to a high standard of quality
Organise the production lines around changeovers
Ensure all lines are optimised at all times.
Driving line performance
Work as part of a productivity team with other roles
Support other roles when required
Main job objectives:
The role of the Production Setter is a key role for smooth and efficient running in the filling department.

Right First TimeThe role is for Night Shifts 22:00 - 06:00
Any training will take place on 06:00 - 14:00 Shift so applicants must be able to work flexible hours and also be able to cover other shifts when required.
The ideal candidate will have:
Good knowledge of Production Department and Plant Safety
Previous experience in running and setting production filling lines.
Some knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (5S, Lean manufacturing, Kaizen)
Experience and knowledge of GMP is essential
Interpersonal skills:
Sets the right example and model the right behaviours expected by the organisation
Team player who is creative and can work as a team
Maintains professional but friendly demeanourPersonal qualities:
Demonstrates ability to multitask on a daily basis
Works efficiently and manages time effectively
Effective communicator who can write and speak well
Can follow procedures to accomplish objectives
Shows eagerness and capacity to learn.
Positive and "can do" attitude and open to change
