Production Team Leader
Permanent Night Shifts
GBP35,000 - GBP37,000 per annum raising after probation salary includes night shift premium on top
Dolgellau
Hours 9:45pm -6:00am Monday to Friday
We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join an established and successful manufacturer with a global reputation based in Dogellau. As Production Team Leader you will manage and control a production and packing team ensuring products are manufactured and packed to company and customer standards whilst managing team resources to achieve performance targets and departmental objectives.
Responsibilities:
??Allocating work task and ordering required materials / material control
??Responsible for all daily safety checks and identify health and safety issues within the team, maintaining a focus on risk reduction
??Tasked with achieving all daily production targets ensuring timely and accurate completion of production & quality and hygiene documentation
??Ensure concise & effective communication between shifts and departments
??Coach mentor and develop team members to meet current and future business requirements
The Candidate:
??Must have previous Production experience
??Proven knowledge of HACCP and health and safety
??High hygiene standards
??Excellent written and numerical skills with the ability to communicate effectively
??Effective leadership skills
??Reach truck license advantageous
