My client is a national contractor with a turnover in excess of GBP250m. They have picked up a major project in Central London and are in need of extra commercial support by way of a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor. The assignment is expected to last for a minimum of 12 months.
The ideal candidate will have:
•10+ years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor.
•A contracting background working in rail environments.
•A fully conversant understanding of NEC suite of contracts.
