Maintenance Carpenter needed for a Maintenance Company undertaking planned repairs.
Responsibilities:
Undertaking 2nd fix carpentry - remedials, door hanging, kitchen unit replacement
Voids & kitchen and bathroom property upgrades
Requirements:
Must have all tools and be experienced in all 2nd fix joinery
Experience in basic plumbing, patching, tiling, decorating
Full driving license.
