We are excited to present an opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a dynamic and growing team in the Health care Sector, supporting the team with a focus on Recruitment. The role is based in Northampton, although not on a public transport route so the ability to commute is essential. This position is Monday to Friday, full time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Organising and maintaining HR personnel files
* Updating/scanning HR personnel file onto internal HR databases - Radar
* To ensure HR compliance audits are up to date, daily checks to be conducted
* Build & maintain contact with managers and staff
* Ensuring reminder 1, 2 and 3 letters are sent out in a timely manner to staff
* Reporting of staff issues to HR Lead and Director of Operations - lack of communication from staff once reminder 2 letters are sent
* To ensure staff on visa, all documents are updated according to Home Office guidelines
* Provide friendly and efficient welcome to all visitors
* To ensure compliance & quality assurance in line with procedures & CQC regulations.
* To ensure unit performance is updated on a weekly basis, uploaded onto Corporate shared drive
* Maintaining training records, communicating with managers if staff are due Redcrier mandatory training
* To ensure that confidentiality is maintained throughout all aspects of contact with staff and HR issues
* To accurately deal with telephone enquiries, ensuring correct information is taken and relayed to appropriate source
* To assist in the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail for the units
* Manage and prioritise workload
* To ensure all filing is kept up to date
* Locating and evaluating job candidates, booking potential candidates in for interviews
* Accurate recording of candidate information and updating recruitment tracker, sharing the progress with HR Lead and Director of Operations
* To manage interview days ensuring all forms is ready for completion
* To ensure there are managers prebooked for interview days and back up always available
* To ensure candidates are invited in for an interview and they are aware of the documents to bring to interview, a follow up call to be given day before the interview confirming their attendance

* All documents to be stamped, signed, and dated, relevant checks to be made such as Right to Work checks
* Feedback to be sent to candidates once paperwork has been reviewed by HR Lead
* To manage the booking of new starter sessions, ensuring all new starter packs are made and ready for the session
* To ensure ads are being advertised on Total Jobs, NHS Jobs, and other registered sites
* Communicating regularly with care coordinator/rota schedular, finding out where the shortfalls and recruitment needs are
* Communicating with subscribed agencies
* To ensure all HR personnel files are prepared, new starter checklist completed
* Archiving candidates and ensuring the archived tracker is up to date
Essential Criteria:
* Previous experience in a similar role advantageous
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
* Organised with the ability to multi-task
* Excellent attention to detail with ability to plan
* Passionate in delivering a high-quality service.
* Sociable team player, flexible and committed.
* Accurate and IT literate with database and Microsoft Office experience
