Our client are looking for a dynamic Letting Negotiator to maintain the high standards we pride ourselves on while pushing the business forward to expand and grow further. Though preferable, lettings experience is not necessary as we are looking for the right personality and a can do attitude to join our friendly and fun team.

The role of a Lettings Negotiator is a challenging and rewarding position with a broad range of responsibilities in letting, marketing and administration. Excellent communication (written and oral) skills, and high organizational ability with a professional and positive approach, are essential.

Key roles include:

Registration of new applicants (including phone/e-mail contact)
Arranging and carrying out viewings
Negotiating and agreeing offers between landlord and tenant.
Co-coordinating the letting process (e.g. referencing, contract generation, collecting final payments) through our online platform.
Ensuring a property meets all legal requirements and it ready for occupancy (often through working with members of the Property Management team)
Arranging inventory check in and check outs.
Assisting with tenancy extensions.
Running social media accounts to promote the business and advertise listings.
Create property brochures, marketing leaflets and adverts for local paper.
Creation of new landlord packs and gaining new client business.
Coordinating 'To Let' board movements.
Coordinating weekly marketing updates or when necessary/requested by Landlord
Managing property listings on online portals such as Rightmove and our own website.
Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek and retain business.
Various ad-hoc administration office duties as instructed by the office manager.We are currently working partly from home and partly from the office, and it is likely we will continue this for the foreseeable future. Generally, you will work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home (9-5.30), though this may vary in future. You will need to work one in three Saturdays (9AM-2PM).

You'll be provided with a mobile phone and anything else needed to work from home (that you don't have already).

Own car and full UK driving licence required.
