Our Essex based client in the not for profit sector is currently seeking an L&D Advisor to take ownership of their L&D and Training function and join them on a permanent basis, either full or part time with a salary of circa GBP34,000 pro rata, plus a variety of perks.
What does the role entail?
As the L&D Advisor you will take overall ownership of the learning and training functions, creating and delivering content both face to face and digitally, as well as utilising outsource providers to deliver other learning aspects and coordinating the delivery. You will take ownership of the induction process to ensure a smooth integration for new members of staff, looking after the training journey for all, assessing any skills gaps, career mapping and locating future training needs, as well as looking at leadership development too.
What skills will you have?
To be considered for this L&D role you will be competent overseeing all L&D and Training needs within a multi site, online and office based business. You will have experience in creation of content, as well as delivery and coordination of 3rd party learning providers. You will be experienced in blended learning and be able to tweak a course either for online delivery, for group delivery or on a one to one level. You will charismatic and a good team player who can engage and develop a workforce.
