A unique opportunity has arisen to join an innovative law firm to play a pivotal role in setting up a new department that focuses on financial litigation. The team already boasts a wealth of qualified experience in this area with an established client base.
Key responsibilities:
* Working in a team of 6 Solicitors and Paralegals
* Dealing with cases including mortgage, pensions, and investment mis-selling
* Obtaining client instructions
* Building client relationships
* Drafting legal documents
* Creating business opportunities
* Complex calculations on client accounts
* Providing concise and clear advice, undertaking legal research
* Mentoring of Paralegals
Key skills:
* 2 - 8 years PQE with experience in financial litigation
* Driven, ambitious with strong communication and network skills
* Understanding and experience of FCA and FOS regulations
