The Role
Our client is looking for an Architectural CAD Technician to work with their established Design team. The company in question has a large Portfolio of properties that include Industrial units, Retail units and office units. They have plans over the coming months for refurbishments and upgrades as well as large maintenance projects. These projects require an Architectural CAD Engineer to design the work that will be carried out.
The Person
This role will require you to use your experience using AutoCAD on Architectural projects and planned maintenance. You will need to be able to create drawing from scratch as well as work with the delivery team and consult on your work with them.
The rewards
This role will offer you exposure to a constant stream of Architectural work that is being carried out across the country. No project will be the same so you will be able to hone your skills while working on unique schemes that will consistently be changing. Our client is looking to pay between GBP20,000 - GBP30,000 for this position depending on previous experience and your performance at interview
