Extrastaff are currently recruiting for Night warehouse loaders to join our busy team, working with a large distribution depot based in Bridgewater (Somerset) this role is ongoing, full time with the potential temp - perm opportunity for the right individuals. Work for us at our site in Maidstone and you won't just be helping us deliver packages; you'll be part of the team delivering to the nation!
The work can be busy, and it can be hard work. But if you are looking for a challenge and you are full of initiative, pride yourself on a job well done. This can be the place for you!
Shift start times are between 18:00 - 23:00 with the finishes between 06:00 - 09:00 Sunday - Friday,
We offer an hourly rate of GBP10ph with enhanced Bank holidays. Additionally with overtime rates applicable after 12 weeks.
What the work involves:
Sorting, Scanning and sorting packages in a high paced working environment.
Operating as a key individual as part of a team.
Working safely and accurately whilst maintaining the pace of the site.
Performing to a high level in a pressured environment.
Taking pride in your work and achievements.What you will need:
A flexible, friendly approach with team focuses and can-do attitude
Initiative, an eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to accurately follow instructions
Excellent communication skills, speed and accuracyBenefits:
