Sales Coordinator
Due to an exciting opportunity, I am recruiting for a Sales Coordinator for striving Manufacturing business in Leeds!
The role will be specialising in visuals for the Hospitality Sector and you will be required to carry outbound calls to follow up on enquiries to generate new sales opportunities and see the full sales process by processing orders and liaising with production and design.
This is a Monday Friday (Apply online only)) role with a fantastic earning potential of GBP27,000 per annum depending on experience.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Making outbound calls to follow up on enquiries, to gain more information regarding the order.
* Answering inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.
* Planning product design and manufacturing with production and chasing for regular updates
* Updating and resolving queries relating to customer orders.
* Taking order specifications from customers and uploading them to the bespoke system
Essential skills:
* Experience working within a sales environment
* Excellent Customer Service skills both verbally and written.
* Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work
* Experience in art and design is also desired but not essential
