Office Assistant/administrator
SJP Mechanical Services Ltd is a commercial heating company based in Saffron Walden, we are now in the process of looking for an office assistant/administrator to join our growing company. We are a friendly company with passion, ambition and we thrive on teamwork, learning and development.
Key attributes
* Previous administration experience (preferable)
* Good level of spoken English
* Good communication skills and telephone manner
* Conscientious and can work on own initiative.
* Computer literate, particularly with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
Responsibilities of the office assistant / administrator
Assisting with the organisation of our job system, E-Works, to include
* Booking, updating, and closing jobs
* Data Entry tasks
Assisting with set up and programming of Mechanical Schedules and asset registers
Supporting with any other general office admin duties such as
* Typing quotes and letters
* Scanning, emails, printing and copying
* Answering the phones and handling queries
Supporting colleagues and performing administration duties when required
Updating online portals and looking for upcoming tenders/downloading information
Hours Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
Starting salary GBP20,000
Office Based (Saffron Walden)
