Are you an experienced Administration Manager or have Senior Administration experience looking for a new challenge? Do you enjoy working in a fast paced environment and passionate about delivering high levels of support and effective administration services across the business? If so we have an exciting opportunity to join an established business in Hereford. Paying an attractive salary of up to GBP28,000 this permanent opportunity is most definitely not one to be missed!

Reporting to the Operations Director, you duties will include -

Admin / Team Management

" Supervise administration team by communicating job expectations and priorities.
" Mentor for Admin Apprentice. Overseeing work, monthly meetings and liaising with HGTA trainer on performance.
" Conduct performance reviews with team members and take corrective actions when necessary.
" Organise and attend Operations meetings and type up reports for directors.
" Collate board reports, arrange, and issue.
" Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and reservations through from the directors to site.
" Process and authorise emails for site holidays from the HR Equator system.
" Answering switchboard calls and cover in personnel absence/holidays.
" Opening of post occasionally and taking post to post office.
" Organise and oversee office activities (internal presentations, social events)

Sales Support

" Co-ordination of ROV surveys
" Manage, review of company's certifications, Safe contractor and Constructionline.
" Ordering of sales gifts, hampers, pens.
" Uploading and maintaining company subcontractor approvals.
" Processing and issue of weekly orders, loading report from Sage and marking from office board. Sending through the email report and modifying information on Sage if information is incorrect.

Purchasing Support

" Loading of purchase orders on Sage to include all the company direct debits, signing off and booking in.
" Ordering of office furniture and completing requests of IT Equipment for office and site.
" Ordering of business cards.

General Administration

" Maintain health and safety company documentation for notice boards.
" Manage and co-ordinate bookings for site vehicles for repair and servicing. Preparation of paperwork for new vehicles and collating information for accident claims. Processing and payment of any fines and charges.
" Coordination and maintenance of the London Congestion and Dart charge on vehicles.
" Oversee facilities and maintenance services on site (hygiene contracts, repairs to facilities, equipment, cleaning etc)

This permanent opportunity comes with an attractive salary of up to GBP28,000, 25 days holidays + bank holidays, 37 hours per week, Auto enrolment pension, after deferred period and subject to assessment , Life assurance x 1 basic annual salary and Onsite parking and kitchen facilities.
