Interaction Recruitment is looking to find a superstar Sous Chef to join a stunning Hotel near the Norfolk cost. The Sous Chef required for this role will be well versed in Rosette dining, as well as serving equally as impressive weddings & banqueting
About You
?? You will be not only a great chef, but an organised Kitchen Manager
?? You will be IT literate, and have experience of using Labour systems and ordering software
?? You must be hands on, and not an office dweller
?? We need a passionate leader, and you will impart your skills and knowledge to the junior team
The Role
?? Delivering quality produce at rosette level
?? Seamless execution of the busy wedding trade
?? Hotel experience is essential
?? You will have a track record of superb "scores on the doors", smashing labour targets and delivery of beautiful , award winning food
