Our client is a leading technology & communications provider with a market leading product/service. Their offering is quickly gaining a greater market share and has no signs of slowing down.
Our client's portfolio contains local authorities, schools, colleges, Universities, SMB and corporate businesses. The company is rapidly growning and they are looking to increase their team and are recruiting for a successful Bid Manager to join their team.
Successful candidates will have a strong background in bid management, with proven capability in delivering winning, high-value products or complex service opportunities.
Role details:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the business's growth through planning, managing and delivering successful bids. You will be responsible for producing various submissions including tenders, bids, framework and call off contracts and expression of interests.
You will lead the process to deliver bids and tenders that support the company's business development strategy and the achievement of all income and growth targets.
You will work proactively with colleagues across the business to ensure information is accurate and deadlines for submissions are met.

As an experienced Bid Manager, you will demonstrate an ability to become conversant with a new industry quickly, and drive quality in everything you do.
You will be commercially minded, flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes. You will possess a strong commercial acumen and good internal stakeholder management skills, acting as a business partner to support these activities.
Together with strong background within bid-management, from opportunity identification through to product delivery, you will have proven capabilities in delivering winning, high-value products or complex service opportunities; managing competing deadlines and high-volume workloads within a similar environment.
You will highly proficient in working both independently and as part of a team, with proven ability to communicate and influence at a senior level.
The role is based in BD1, offering easy access to local amenities with their own on-site parking
