Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a fast growing global Consultancy, which works with clients within EMEA. My client's customers range from FTSE 100 companies, Public Sector bodies and small firms across a wide range of industries.
Role & Responsibilities:
??Maintaining a repeatable Managed Services delivery platform and associated processes
??Developing robust processes into Service Delivery
??Scheduling technical resources in a professional and flexible way to ensure suitable cover at all times for both project work and customer support
??Maintain and report on pre-agreed levels of service availability for each Clients solution
??Analyse service level trends and implement service improvement programs where necessary
??Assist in the design or modification of business-driven SLA's and associated mechanisms for monitoring and reporting on these
??Build a trusted advisor relationship with the client at multiple levels to ensure an effective partnership
Skills & Experience:
??Minimum of 1 years SDM experience
??Managed Services experience.
??Have experience maintaining and enhancing Customer relationships
??Experience in Compiling and presenting the Quarterly/Monthly Service Pack to the Customer(s)
??Experience and skills in developing and implementing Service Improvement Plans (SIP) as needed
Package:
??GBP35,000 per annum
