Our Client is involved in the development of cutting edge solutions for the management and distribution of Power in particular Wind and Solar captured power solutions to improve efficiency, distribution and reliability en-route to a carbon free future.
To help them develop these products they require a Senior Power Electronics Engineer to join the team who can demonstrate sound experience with Power based applications offering innovative technical solutions. You will have worked on the whole Lifecycle of electronic designs for Power products including Converters >10 KW DC/AC, DC/DC etc and have knowledge of magnetic components, power transformers, have practical experience of IGBT, MOSFET, SiC Gate, PCB design, an understanding of EMC considerations, Analogue / Digital and Embedded based systems. It would also be highly desirable to have PSPice, Matlab / Simulink and some Software exposure. . Ideally you will be Degree or equivalent educated.
