FULL TIME
We are currently recruiting for 2 full time Administrators /Customer Service professionals, to take on a 3-6 month position. This role will be based in Melksham, and will be starting early June 2021.
These are Administrator roles that sit within the minor connections team.
The team is responsible for managing the delivery of new connections up to 4 properties as well as the movement of the supply point into properties (service alterations).
The role:
To support the project managers with clerical tasks such as updating trackers, scanning, and processing documents
Helping to produce construction packs
Responding to customer queries
The ideal candidate:
Will be familiar with working with IT systems) such as Outlook, Excel, SharePoint)
Should be organised
Will have administrative or customer service backgrounds
Will have excellent written communication skillsThe hours for this role will be between 8am-5pm Monday -Friday working 37 hrs per week.
