EV Network Development Support
6 Month initial contract
GBP22000 - GBP25000 FTC, plus benefits
At SWARCO UK Ltd we work across the Parking and E-Mobility sector, with our products in a broad range of Customer sites around the UK and Europe.
One of our divisions, SWARCO eVolt, provides Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure to domestic, commercial and local authority markets across the UK. Ranging from home charging units through commercial EV charging solutions to Multipoint and Rapid Charging systems.
eVolt has grown since 2010 to become one of the UK's leading innovators in the market and rapidly become known for cutting edge technology backed up by outstanding customer service.
The Network Development Support provides all aspects of administrative support to the Network Development Team to support the assessment, selection and approval of sites for new EV charging infrastructure. This is from initial contact with the customer through presentation of the agreed site package to Project Management who will, in turn, organise the installation and connection to the network.
Key Responsibilities
* Creation and population of Site forms used for site assessment purposes
* Site desktop study creation to agreed processes
* Entry of selected site data into the Master Control Document (MCD)
* Maintenance and updating of MCD daily to ensure current information
* Creation of weekly status reports for programme status
* Booking surveys, controlling the survey diary, and progressing to completion
* Provide administrative support to Network Development team where necessary
Skills / Experience
* Methodical, accurate with attention to detail
* Microsoft Office
* Administrative experience
