Joining an established department, you will lead and develop the existing facilities and equipment management teams to smoothly deliver facilities management services across the business. In a fast-paced environment you will be required to achieve high standards of service delivery, continuous improvement and best value solutions, to support and enable smooth daily operations and growth of the company.
To be considered for this position you must have:
* Experience in facility management
* An understanding of equipment requirements to remain GMP compliant
* Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate well across the business at all management levels
* Experience developing junior staff and managing performance
* The ability to lead continuous improvement within the business
