This is a kickstart job through the Government kickstart scheme, to be eligible for the scheme you must meet the following criteria:
To be eligible to apply for the kickstart scheme you will be:
* 16-24 years old
* Claiming Universal Credit
* Struggling to secure work or an apprenticeship
* Would benefit from a quality six month paid job along with support an guidance to help you build your long-term career.
You will need to be 18 years old and have some knowledge of alcoholic drinks including wine & cocktails, provide a friendly and professional service, operate within the current health & safety, food hygiene and security standards.
Serve customers food and beverage and have a passion about food, customer service and be effective in delivering a quality product. Follow delivery guidelines and undertake a range of duties deemed to be essential for the operation of a bar such as preparation of drinks, table service, set up and close, stock rotation and cleaning of the bar area.
To report and deal with any customer complaints and implement and maintain high standards of customer service. Applicants must have a willingness to undertake and necessary training.
To be successful in this role you will need excellent communication skills and have a can-do attitude. You must be self-motivated and be able to manage your time well.
