Are you an M&E expert with experience in managing a number of contracts at one time? Would you like to work with one of the region's leading M&E contractors with an enviable reputation?
My client delivers multi million pound M&E packages to both regional and national contractors, working on apartments, schools, hospitals and care homes across Devon & Cornwall. Ideally you will be well versed with managing multi-million installation contracts on a number of sites, mechanical and electrical experience is preferred but will look at candidates with a bias to either as long as happy to manage both elements of large contracts.
The role:
* Managing a number of sites across Cornwall
* Managing foreman, site teams, directly employed traces and sub-contractors
* Material take offs / sub contractor procurement
* Client & design team liaison
* Overseeing HVAC installation
* You will be responsible for programming and procurement for each project
* You will ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times, in your team and throughout the business
* Ensuring the timely delivery of projects, within budget

* Experience in a similar position with an M&E contractor at Management level
* Qualified in either a mechanical or electrical discipline, SMSTS, CSCS advantageous
* Good local subcontractor knowledge
* Extensive working knowledge of M&E regulation and legislation is ESSENTIAL
* You will be a natural leader, as well as being able to work as part of a team
