Telephone Sales Executive (Part time)

Working for the Recruitment Advertising team which deals with digital and multimedia recruitment campaigns across the whole of the UK. The team is located in the centre of Bristol, currently working from home with plans to move back to a brand new media office later in the year.
Like most sectors recruitment was hit hard over the last year, however has seen a massive resurgence over the last few months meaning we need to expand our team again.
The role is a part time position, offering 25 hours per week, working Monday to Friday.
Understanding our customers is key, through correct questioning you will establish how we can help and put together advertising campaigns with a view to fill their vacancies. At your disposal you will have various channels including; display advertising across our news websites, the Your Area platform, social media, newspaper adverts and our job board Fish4jobs.
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate resilience in calling and working within a fast paced environment to deadlines. Coming from a previous telephone sales background, you will preferably have experience working in B2B sales and be comfortable working towards revenue targets and KPI's.
Because of our well known brands, we are fortunate to have a portfolio of clients who use us regularly. This means most of the calls we make and receive are warm and although there will be an element of cold calling in the role, you will receive regular leads and existing customers to develop.
Although you will have individual targets to meet, this is very much a team based role meaning you must work together in order to hit your overall target. You will join an experienced team that will help support and develop you ensuring your ability to perform and contribute alongside them.
The ideal candidate
- Experience in Sales ideally B2B
- Experience in a customer focussed role is essential
- Experience of working towards revenue targets via a telesales operation is desirable
