Crisis Support Worker

An exciting position has become available for a Crisis Support Worker, working 17 hours based in Carluke. The successful candidate will earn GBP10.45 per hour.

You will be working in a pre-set 3 week rolling rota.

Week1- Friday/Saturday

Week2- Tuesday/ Wednesday/ Thursday

Week3- Monday/ Sunday

The company welcome applications from people who have personal experience of mental health difficulties. All posts are subject to reference checks and PVG checks.

Role Requirements

Experience in assisting people in difficult situations would be advantageous.
No formal qualifications required; however, you will be required to undertake a course of study provided by the Organisation to a minimum of SVQ II.
Good communication skills, a genuine interest in people and the ability to work positively as part of a team are essential requirements
Full driving licence and access to own transport are essential for this position.
Role Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be working as part of a small team to support service users experiencing a crisis related to their mental health needs at evenings (5-10pm) and weekends (10-10pm).
