As a Costa manager you will have the overall responsibility of operating the Café in accordance with Costa Standards, policies and procedures and ensuring that effective training and development is given to all staff and management. You will be accountable for general administrative and daily staffing duties as well as providing leadership. You will be responsible for driving sales and achieving sales targets. you will be responsible for delivering our shared vision for the future of retail forecourts through the highest standards of customer service and quality products.
The duties of a Costa manager will include various administration tasks to ensure the highest performance of the Cafe. This includes Cash management, Stock control and investigating variances. You will make sure that the café is well presented to enhance the customer`s experience and that staff are delivering the best food experience to customer`s. The role will also require you to motivate and lead the team by challenging the staff to meet achievable goals through effective communication and leadership skills. You will be knowledgeable and comply with all legislation in relation to Health and Safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years proven experience in a similar management role.
